STDFTool STDFTool ( STDF Data Analysis Tool ) is a full featured Data Visualization and Statistical Analysis Tool which analyzes STDF, WAT, Bench data, or any data in proper tab delimited format. Allows users to quickly analyze data and find answers to solve design, manufacturing and yield issues. Load data from file, or with added database feature, load data directly from the database.
DBViewer This tool is an ad-hoc query tool allowing quick easy access to all the test data in the database. It can quickly gather data and create graphs for millions of parts. Data can be grouped in different ways to easily find problems (i.e. graph series by test site, load board, test facility etc).
SmartFTP and DBUploader This tool pulls all your test data from the subcons and inserts it into the relational database. It checks for duplicates and verifies accurate transmission.
Daily WebCharts This provides users and management with a web dashboard where many charts and graphs can be accessed. The charts are generated automatically on a daily frequency.
